Prime Healthcare Ends Participation with HAP
Prime Healthcare ended its contract with HAP, effective September 24, 2022. This change affects members in all HAP plans*.
Prime Healthcare providers include:
- Garden City Hospital
- Lake Huron Medical Center in Port Huron
- Employed physicians of both hospitals
- United Home Health Services
*Prime Healthcare and the providers outlined above are still participating with all HAP Empowered plans until December 31, 2022.
