HAP CareSource Newsroom update-HAP CareSource Clinical Practice Registry

The HAP CareSource Clinical Practice Registry is an online tool available to health partners to identify and prioritize needed health care services, screening and tests for HAP CareSource members. The Clinical Practice Registry is easy to access via the secure HAP Care Source Provider Portal.
