2022 Code Book orders

If your practice wants to place orders for 2022 code books through Olympia, we are now taking orders. See the attached order form to place your order by Thursday, October 7th.

The code books can be ordered in a full bundle (ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS) for $320.00 or they can be ordered individually.

ICD-10-CM individual book cost is $120.00.

CPT individual book cost is $143.00.

HCPCS individual book cost is $120.00.
